The casino slots seemed to not be returning a normal amount which was most people's opinion.
Looked at the indoor swiming pool and it is very nice and large for casino pools. Everybody pleasant but not enthusiastic- just glad to have jobs. Service is good but it is obivious that staff is overwokred ,e.g.,-doing more than one job at reservations, buffet check-in also being seating hostess. We asked for room overlooking casino and could not hear noise from the casino but when the heating air turned on it was a bit noisy for me as a light sleeper- ear plugs are my standard.
Rooms for these days were a very good price.
Room was very nice and quiet,clean and good size. Viisted Hollywood Casino and stayed at the hotel March 12th to the 15th.
